The Targeted Blemish Treatment Serum by Unnamed Cosmetics is a targeted SOS for spots, inflamed bumps and sudden blemishes. A concentrated formula with 2% Salicylic Acid (BHA) and 3% Tea Tree Essential Oil that acts directly on the blemish, reducing redness, inflammation and the bacteria responsible for acne.

Salicylic acid is the only oil-soluble BHA — it penetrates inside the clogged pore and dissolves sebum and dead cells from within.
