Black Month — terms and conditions
Terms and conditions of the Unnamed Cosmetics Black Month campaign.
When
From November 1 to 19, 2026, from 00:00 on the 1st to 23:59 on the 19th (Mainland Portugal time). This applies to orders placed and paid for within this period, based on the registration time in the store.
The discount
- Up to 15% off products in the online store, calculated on the reference price.
- The reference price is the lowest price charged for each product in the 30 days prior to November 1, 2026. This is the price shown crossed out.
- "Up to" means that 15% is the maximum discount. Some products have a smaller discount and those that are already on sale near the minimum price may not have an additional discount — the correct price and percentage are always shown on each product.
- The price shown on each product already includes the discount — no code is needed.
- Prices include VAT.
Discount codes
There is no specific code for this campaign. Other codes you may have will apply, or not, to the campaign price according to the terms of each code.
Shipping, stock, and returns
- Free shipping on orders over €60 (value already including discount); below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Stock is limited to existing inventory; orders are subject to availability.
- You have 14 days to return, just like any other purchase — see the returns policy.
Pricing errors
If there is a clear pricing error, we will contact you before shipping the order and you may cancel it for a full refund.
