Returns Policy - UNC

At Unnamed Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with the return or exchange process.

1. Return Period

  • You have up to 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Eligible Items

  • Opened, used, or damaged products after delivery will not be accepted.
  • Promotional items or products purchased under special conditions are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to return@unnamedcosmetics.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  1. Our customer support team will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  2. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will contact you to confirm the return.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

  • After the return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective product or an order error.

5. Product Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product, please send a request to return@unnamedcosmetics.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defects or order errors.

6. Defective Products

  • If the product received has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a replacement or a full refund.
