Como Tratar a Pele Acneica com Produtos Eficazes

The skincare industry has an economic incentive for you to use more products. More SKUs, more spending, more dependency. Evidence-based dermatology says the opposite: a well-chosen 4-step routine consistently outperforms 10–15 product routines applied without criteria. The key isn't quantity — it's choosing the right steps and using them consistently.

The 4 Steps That Form Any Effective Routine

Step 1: Gentle Cleanser

The cleanser determines the barrier's state for everything that follows. An incorrect cleanser (too alkaline, excessive SLS, aggressive sulphates) compromises the barrier before you apply a single active. The right cleanser: pH 4.5–5.5, no SLS or minimal SLS concentration, cleanses without post-wash tightness.

Step 2: Active Serum

The only step with the capacity to intervene at a cellular level. The right serum depends on the goal: prebiotic (all skin types), vitamin C (antioxidant, dark spots), peptides + HA (anti-ageing), alpha-arbutin + niacinamide (dark spots). One or two serums per routine — not five.

The Prebiotic Serum is the universal step 2 — suitable for all skin types, amplifies the efficacy of any active you apply afterwards.

Step 3: Appropriate Moisturiser

The moisturiser seals the serum actives and replenishes the barrier. The right type depends on skin type: HA gel (oily skin), niacinamide gel (oily skin with inflammation), light ceramide cream (normal/combination skin), rich ceramide and shea cream (dry skin). There's no universal moisturiser — there's the right moisturiser for each skin.

Step 4: SPF (Non-Negotiable)

80% of visible ageing is photodamage. Without SPF, steps 1, 2 and 3 are managing the damage that step 4 could have prevented. Mineral SPF50 is the minimum standard for real protection.

The Tinted Mineral SPF50 closes the morning routine — real protection + tone unification in one step without white cast.
