Description

Description

The Lactic Acid Exfoliating Serum by Unnamed Cosmetics is a grain-free chemical exfoliant for the face with lactic acid (an AHA), hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate), glycerin and organic white tea and sage extracts.

Lactic acid is an AHA with a larger molecule than glycolic acid, which is why it's often chosen for a gradual introduction to acids. Like any chemical exfoliant, introduce it slowly and use it with daily sunscreen.

Suitable for: dull skin, uneven texture, anyone starting out with acids.

FAQ

FAQ
Can I use it every day?

It's not recommended. Start with 1 to 2 times a week and only increase if your skin stays comfortable.

Not on the same night. Alternate: retinol one night, acid another.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

With sensitive skin, start once a week and patch test on a small area first. Don't use on irritated or broken skin.

Always check with a healthcare professional before introducing acids at that time.
