Terms and Conditions of the "Timeless Card" Loyalty Program
These Terms and Conditions regulate the operation of the loyalty program called “Timeless Card”, promoted by Unnamed Cosmetics, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”.
Adherence to the program implies the Customer's reading, understanding, and full acceptance of these conditions.
1. Purpose
The Timeless Card program consists of a system for awarding points to registered customers on the Company's official website, allowing for their subsequent conversion into discounts under the conditions set out in these regulations.
2. Membership Conditions
2.1. Membership in the program is free and depends on the creation of a customer account on the official Unnamed Cosmetics website.
2.2. Participation is personal, non-transferable, and exclusively associated with an individual account.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership in case of abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful use.
3. Point Allocation
3.1. Point allocation is processed as follows:
- 5 (five) points for creating an account;
- 10 (ten) points for every €10 (ten euros) actually paid on purchases made;
- 5 (five) points for following the brand on Instagram, subject to verification.
3.2. Points are credited only after confirmation of order payment.
3.3. Cancelled, returned, or fully or partially refunded orders do not confer the right to points, and previously awarded points may be deducted from the Customer's balance.
3.4. The Company reserves the right to exclude certain campaigns, products, or promotional periods from point allocation.
4. Point Conversion and Use
4.1. The Customer may convert 100 (one hundred) points into a discount equivalent to €5 (five euros).
4.2. The discount can only be used on a purchase with a minimum value of €25 (twenty-five euros) or more.
4.3. The discount must be applied at the time of order completion and cannot be applied retroactively.
4.4. Points are not convertible into cash, do not accrue interest, and do not constitute any credit right against the Company.
4.5. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts obtained are not cumulative with other promotional campaigns or discount codes.
5. Point Validity and Renewal
5.1. Awarded points are valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of their allocation.
5.2. Whenever the Customer makes a new purchase within the validity period, the validity period of all active points is automatically renewed for a new period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of that purchase.
5.3. In the absence of any eligible purchase or activity for 12 (twelve) consecutive months, points automatically expire and are removed from the Customer's balance, without the right to compensation.
6. Suspension, Amendment or Cancellation of the Program
6.1. The Company reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to amend, suspend or terminate the Timeless Card program for commercial, technical or legal reasons.
6.2. In the event of program termination, the Company may set a deadline for the use of accumulated points.
6.3. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions shall take effect upon their publication on the official website.
7. Liability
7.1. The Company cannot be held responsible for technical, computer, or external failures that temporarily prevent the program from functioning.
7.2. The Company does not guarantee the continuous availability of the points system, reserving the right to carry out technical interventions whenever necessary.
8. Data Protection
Personal data processed within the scope of the program will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Privacy Policy available on the website.
9. Applicable Law and Competent Forum
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
In case of dispute, the legally applicable forum shall be competent, without prejudice to the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided by law.
